Wanna discuss photography over Cha & Biscoot ?
Join us in this fun filled ADDA session, where you can exchange your views with our honoured guest Shantanu Saha and get inspired by his wisdom.
Shantanu Saha identifies his body of work as the 'Storytellers'. His stories are told through visuals, not just the ones which makes us gasp and stare in wonder, but also the mundane everyday frames which we walk by and miss. A footloose shutterbug, Shantanu travels extensively collecting stories of people from diverse communities and professions going on quietly about their daily lives.
A keen observer, he can find a story even two steps from your home if you leave him alone with his camera for some time.
His frames strive to document and reveal the unique character of places and nuances of people's everyday activities. His works has been published in National Geographic Traveller India & National Geographic Your Shot. Earlier this year, they featured one his Varanasi photographs as the cover for a photo series, 'The Human Story'. He has earned more than a dozen Editor's Favorites in numerous National Geographic assignments. His work has also been featured as cover on World Street Photography website.
He earns his living as an engineer but lives to tell the human story.
This event offers a kaleidoscopic view of his work and an opportunity for us to see the world through his view finder.
