Tanmay Haldar is a self-taught amateur photographer from Kolkata. He is a nature lover and a person with creative mind. He is based on Santoshpur, Jadavpur, Kolkata.
After completing his graduation in Bachelor of Technology from West Bengal Universality of Technology, he started his service in Information Technology in Bangalore. Later on he moved to Delhi then Mumbai and finally Kolkata.
He was interested in photography from his very youth with his fathers film camera with some travel pictures. After getting inspired by some photographers of time, he decided to start photography in a mainstream basis and bought Nikon D5100 camera with 18-55 lens in 2012, 7th October.
He made trips to beautiful places like Latpanchar-West Bengal, Gajoldoba-West Bengal, Tal Chhappar-Rajasthan, Little Rann of Kutch-Gujrat, Mongalajodi-Orissa etc.
Some of his photographs reflect the intense view of the Landscape, Portrait and Wildlife.
